General Qualifications and Requirements

Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong commitment to the mission of “Breakthrough Movement.”

1. Social Media Team

Content Creator
Graphic designer
Co-create social media calendar
Assistant to the Social Media Lead

Responsibilities:
- Create posters and edit videos
- Write captions, upload content, and schedule posts on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Build and maintain relationships with organizations, influencers, KOLs, and media partners
- Be active, polite, friendly, adaptable, and highly committed to completing tasks on time
- Create ideas and content for TikTok
- Be familiar with Zoom, Google Meet, or other platforms
Candidate Requirements:
- Able to use Canva, CapCut, or other related tools
- Active, polite, friendly, adaptable, and highly committed
- Active on social media
- Able to film and edit videos
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills

2. Event Management Team

Logistics Arrangement
Event Organizers

Responsibilities:

Support planning and organizing logistics (including purchasing if needed)
Help arrange venues and refreshments for meetings and other events
Assist with inviting participants
Organize registration and keep documents well-managed

Candidate Requirements:

Basic understanding of planning and expense reporting
Creative, polite, friendly, adaptable, and highly committed to completing tasks on time
Able to find suitable venues and affordable refreshments
Have good relationships and communication with people around them
Confident in their work
